Caliber Collision

They did a great job on my repair, they were quick, responsive and provided great customer service. Justin was my service advisor and he kept me well informed the entire way. Definitely recommend these guys.

Great and efficient service. I've been to other Caliber Collision shops before and the service wasn't as wonderful. Feel like I have a new car. My car only took 4 days. Fantastic shop and great people!

I recently visited Caliber Collision and had an exceptional experience, thanks to my technician, Mike. From the moment we interacted, he was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. He took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the process, which helped put me at ease during what was a stressful situation. What truly stood out to me was Mike’s tone and approach. As a Regional Manager myself, I’m very aware of the impact that tone and customer service have on a client’s experience. Mike demonstrated one of the best examples of genuine, thoughtful customer care that I’ve seen in a long time. Not once did he make me feel like I was asking too many questions, and he consistently treat…

I recently had my 2011 Cadillac Escalade repaired at Caliber Collision, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. The front bumper needed to be replaced and painted, and the quality of the work was truly exceptional. What stood out most was the precision of the paint match — it was seamless, as if the vehicle had never been in an accident. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were second to none. Highly recommend.

Caliber Collision in Clovis took great care of my vehicle and made the entire repair process as smooth as possible. My estimator, Justin, was especially helpful — he kept me updated every step of the way, explained everything clearly, and made sure I always knew what to expect. The team worked directly with the insurance company, handled supplements without issue, and even finished the repairs earlier than expected. They also helped coordinate my rental return, which made the whole experience even easier. Great work, great communication, and excellent customer service. Highly recommend.
