American Tire Depot

Initial review was 1 star. I was instantly contacted by American tire Depot after leaving a review and they offered to warranty my parts 8k miles passed normal, I will revise this instantly to 3 ☆ and update accordingly after my vehicle is reserviced. The brakes were redone and there is no more noise. Some of the staff is very nice one seemed a bit condescending. However, they rectified their mistake and for no charge. This action was noble and seems to be less frequent nowadays. I received new brake pads and rotors in October of 2023, that is less than 2 years ago. First picture original services total was 1,800 for brake jobs second picture is from separate mechanic, 3rd picture is tod…

All was fine until I washed the truck. All wheels had marks on them. The right front wheel had the chrome scrapped by the tire replacement. The tires had never been off the wheels until American Tire Depot replaced the original tires. Sure hope American Tire Depot makes this repair work to my satisfaction. An update American Tire Depot has replaced the wheel. There were no issues during discussions. They stood by their words. Another satisfied customer of American Tire Depot. The rating of 4 was given only due to the extra time spent for this wheel. Thank you An additional update….. A big thanks, not only to Randy the Assistant Manager, also to Eduardo the Manager and all staff at the store…

Was on my way to Costco to see how much they would charge me to rotate my tires. Drive by American Tire Depot and thought “I wonder what they charge?” I went in and both reps at the front desk were so nice. I asked how much to rotate my tires and he said oh we don’t charge for that, it’s ‘FREE’ I said WHAT! He said yes, no charge. I dropped my keys on the counter and everyone laughed out loud! I said “SOLD” They rotated my tires, checked my breaks, and topped off all my fluids 🤩 I will now take my car there for all tire rotations and oil changes in the future ❤️ Good Job guys and I will be back.

The guys that helped me at the front were very honest, knowledgeable, willing to help, professional, and kind! They took me same day and made it convenient around my busy schedule. They even showed me what was wrong with my car and gave me quotes without any pressure to do what they recommended. It was so that I was aware and that I could make my own decision under my discretion. I'd definitely recommend! Thank you also for installing my wheel covers for no cost.

The tire prices are good, but where they stand out is with integrity and professionalism. They are very polite and let you know exactly where you stand with the labor and products. They lead the competition because of these qualities. They repaired a flat for me, even though the tires I bought for them were on my other car! Wow, outstanding service and they actually care about the customer needs.
