Horrible customer service. We had a bad experience with Noel! One of the sales reps. He gave me some part numbers for a lift then after I ordered them. Told me they couldn’t sell them to us. They will lie to you. So be careful ordering parts. They might cancel your order and say you they never told you anything

Ordered a belltech 4/6 drop kit and received everything in less than 2 weeks. Installation was easy and high quality parts. This is the second lowering kit I have ordered from KW.
